FLOWER SHOW Saturday & Sunday: $7 door, at Veterans Memorial Building, Lompoc.

LOMPOC FLOWER PARADE Saturday at 10 a.m.

 Parade begins at corner of North H St. and East Pine Ave. then proceeds down H & Ocean Ave.  Time: 10 a.m., Saturday

All floats (designed and constructed by local organizations) must be constructed of flowers and/or natural materials, most of which have been grown in the Lompoc Valley. The Queen Float filled with flowers, bands, floats, equestrian units, drill teams, and clowns delight and entertain the crowd.

Based on the city's once popular attraction, its commercial flower fields, those fields are all but gone, while the memory lives on in an event that has been in existence for nearly 60 years!
 

A Carnival goes 5 days,  with Butler Amusements providing great rides and fun. Wrist bands are sold for unlimited ride access (cost is around $25-30)

There's an  Arts and Crafts event Friday through Sunday.

Commercial Center with vendor booths  is open all five days for that unique gift or item you just have to have.

Paid Parking is available on site at a nominal fee. The Flower Show is sponsored by the Alpha Literary and Improvement Club of Lompoc. This will be the 89th annual Flower Show. And as always admission to the park is free along with the great entertainment on the main stage.
