Three days of commemorating Memorial Day with solemn ceremonies, prayers, songs, and fun for the community. Event includes planes, cars, color guards, flags and rock concerts, as well as military bands.

Presented by Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis, the annual festival is complete with Kids Zone, Pumpkin Growing Contest, Vendors, Food Trucks, Scary Movie Night and Live Entertainment, Beer Garden and Carnival Rides. The Pumpkin Fair is a family event. There is something for everyone to enjoy with approx. 50,000 people making their way to Downtown Manteca to enjoy the food, music and fun.
