Are you ready for some pre-summer fun? Help celebrate Monrovia's birthday with this annual event, the highlight of the year in Old Town. Carnival rides, games, concerts and a setting that lets visitors dine and shop in Old Town, as well.
The City of Monrovia was established in 1887 in Los Angeles County.
