Kansas in Lawrence. She worked full time on newspapers, freelanced for news &
consumer publications, went on assignment for major corporations and public
utilities, worked for ad agencies and pr firms, and took a full time job for
several years at a conference & visitors bureau, helping to promote a California
beach destination.
Through all this, she maintained title as big cheese (head
chef) in the kitchen of her home, cooking delicious tasting foods with many
secret ingredients.
