There’s a lot going on in Costa Mesa.  Costa Mesa Historical Society celebrated the launch of its 50th anniversary last weekend with a great show, tours and the Society’s “Flashback” panel which included founding members. Read about the fun event!

  • Other happenings in Costa Mesa include the Big Squeeze Accordion Festival on September 27, 2015 at the Orange County Faigrounds – Market Place. Admission is only $2 but if you want to head for the Oktoberfest tent and beer sampling, it will cost more.
  • In October the free Scarecrow Festival and Pumpkin Patch on October 17 & 18 takes place at Goat Hill Junction in Fairview Park where there’s a miniature train attraction offering rides monthly.
  • The beloved Snoopy House in front of City Hall continues a decades-long holiday tradition in Costa Mesa from December 12 to 23, 2015. Admission is free.
