Professional Bull Riding (PBR) just wrapped up and exciting week in Anaheim and has moved onto St. Louis, MO, taking with it an elite corp of rough & tough cowboys from around the globe. Working to earn points in competitions while traveling to cities throughout the nation these world class riders come from all over, including South America and Mexico.

With a half a dozen professional and nonprofit rodeo organizations producing dozens of rodeos in California the competition is tough, even down to the tiniest mutton bustin’ youngsters who mount sheep and try to stay on for a ride. All ages are involved in the rodeo in communities where cattle, ranching and farming are the lifeblood of regions such as the Central Valley, the nation’s leader in dairy products, grapes and nuts.  California also claims to have one of the best known champion bulls, Bushwacker, who had the winning-est rodeo record. He recently retired but continues to make guest appearances at events such as Oakdale Testicle Festival. California’s got a lot to be proud of when it comes to rodeos, and that’s NO BULL!
