It’s a Taste of Something in California

Summer’s nearly here and you can almost taste the hot dogs and burgers, or maybe some ribs on the outdoor grill, flavored with hickory chips or your favorite wood smokes. You’re less likely to be served such comfort foods at your local “Taste of” events but the things being served are usually quite tasty.
Taste of, California’s fundraising and business promotion events, are in full blossom with many serving outdoor settings, live music and entertainment. Some include silent and live auctions, while others serve mega samples of crafted beers, boutique wines and cocktails to accompany gourmet fare.
