California Taste of Food Festivals

Taste Of events in California are popular ways for people to sample dozens of restaurants and food products in just one day or night. People love to try new tastes as evidenced by the statistics: As of last year there were 86,779 restaurant locations in California, making the industry the largest private employer in the state. Restaurant and food service sales totaled $220.1 billion, thanks in part to the 1,853,800 restaurant owners, chefs, food servers, dishwashers and others employed in restaurant and foodservice jobs in California.
