Newport Beach Weather, Temperatures, Rainfall

Newport Beach weather is influenced by coastal breezes from the Pacific Ocean that create a mild, temperate climate year-round. You'll rarely see or experience snow, and rainfall is seldom a problem for making plans when visiting, especially during the summer months.

The highest recorded temperature was 107F in 1963 and the lowest recorded temperature was 28F in 1966.  The sunniest months are September and October, and a local condition called June Gloom means that overcast skies can obscure the sunshine for days on end during May & June.
