Long Beach, California--Along the shores and beach known as Mother's Beach there's a playful, gentle area for kids to play--right next to boating ramps allowing small motor craft to launch (free) into the gentle inland harbor waters of Marine Stadium. This is a boaters paradise and contributes to the image of Long Beach as the Aquatic Capital of the U.S.

On any given day you'll see rowing teams, motor boats, water skiers , kayaking and the kids playing near shore in their own little floating devices.

Marine Stadium has metered parking for your car or truck and a concrete slope that allows trucks to ease down their boats into the water for a pleasure cruise or water ski adventure in the harbor.
