The new urban park plaza is bounded by Sutter, Leidesdorff, Wool and Reading
streets, directly across from the Light Rail Station and adjacent to the
Historic District parking structure.
A grand opening event held in conjunction with the Folsom Historic District
Association's Second Saturday kicked-off a new era for something old that's
something new.
