 Christmas Parade

Mark your calendars for this amazing annual event! Village Christmas Parade 5pm usually on 1st Sunday in December.

Branch Street will be closed at 4pm for safety.

Following the parade, we will have our VILLAGE TREE LIGHTING CELEBRATION out in front of Harvest Church, along with our LIVE NATIVITY and YOUTH CHOIR performances, featuring Harvest children. You won't want to miss it!

Kick off Christmas in the Village of Arroyo Grande with this wonderful Arroyo Grande Village Tradition  Immediately following the Christmas Parade there will be Caroling and the lighting of the Village Christmas Tree and a live Nativity Scene at the Harvest Church.

Parade route: Starting at Short St. and heading west to Traffic Way

South San Luis Obispo County holiday parade offers family old-fashioned fun. Awards ceremony to follow at Santa's Workshop! Show off the holiday spirit of your business, club, or organization and be in the parade!

Santa's Workshop follows the South County Holiday Parade ending strategically at Ramona Garden Park Center, 993 Ramona Avenue. More than 40 artisans sell handcrafted gifts. Festivities include a visit with Santa, fun activities for kids, and live music.

Tree Lighting & Snow

 Expanding holiday celebrations create maximum community involvement and participation is the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, and Holiday of Lights Decorating Contest open to residences and businesses in the city with separate categories.

Other Arroyo Grande events include Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Concerts in the Village, Halloween and the annual Memorial Weekend Strawberry Festival.
