MAMMOTH LAKES: Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular at Crowley Lake on Friday, July 4, 2025 is presented by The Town of Mammoth Lakes in partnership with Crowley Lake Fish Camp. Over 860 shells in the Eastern Sierra sky create a mesmerizing 17 minute display beginning at 9:15 p.m. A concert takes place 6-8 p.m. on the lawn. Location:1149 S. Landing Rd., Mammoth Lakes, CA.  $30 vehicle or $5 walk-in, townofmammothlakes.ca.gov

Route: The parade starts at the intersection of Chateau Road and Old Mammoth Road and ends at the corner of Manzanita Road and Main Street.

Set up chairs along Old Mammoth Road or Main Street to view the parade, which includes music, entertainment and floats. Walking, biking or taking public transportation are the best ways to get to the parade, as parking along the parade route is limited.

Ducky Races July 2, 2025, 2-3 p.m. at The Village at Mammoth Pond. Purchase a rubber duck to enter this one-of-a-kind raffle and win prizes from local businesses. All proceeds go to the Mammoth High School Cheer team.

Village at Mammoth Fireworks July 3, 2025

  • Bring your Chihuahuas down to the village and register for the 4 p.m. races in the Plaza.
  •  Listen to live music on The Village Plaza stage before the fireworks.
  • The Village at Mammoth Fireworks at 9 p.m. 

Village Independence Day July 4, 2025 Overview

  • Start with Lions Club Pancake Breakfast
  • then Footloose Freedom Mile before
  • the annual town parade at 11 a.m. at Old Mammoth Road and Main Street.
  • Check out the annual Arts on the Fourth Festival in the Footloose Sports Parking Lot
  • Pops in the Park is 2-3 p.m. in Shady Rest Park
  • Giddyup Country Music at Village Plaza 6 p.m.

Footloose Freedom Mile July 4, 2025, 10:30 a.m.

Registration: mammothtrackclub.com
Join in a one-mile fun run through town. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the race starts at 10:30 am at the Snowcreek Resort driving range and follows the parade route down Old Mammoth Road to Footloose Sports on the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Main Street.

Free concerts in Village Plaza. Bring a lawn chair, dancin' boots, and enjoy the food for sale and cash bar for the 21+ crowd. All ages invited to attend free concerts. Line dancing with Annemarie Dunn.

Mammoth Mountain Sunset Party July 5, 2025, 5:30-9 p.m.

$49 includes gondola ride, under 12 years & over age 80 are free!

Take the Panorama Gondola from the Village up to 11,053 feet to enjoy an amazing view of the sunset over the Minarets, listen to live music and buy limited offerings of food and drinks.

 

 Since incorporating in 1984, the Town of Mammoth Lakes has been celebrating Independence Day with a spectacular fireworks show. The Town contracts Pyro Spectaculars by Souza to light up the sky above Crowley Lake. Souza is well known for doing some of the largest and most spectacular fireworks displays in the world.

The Mono County Sheriff's Office will be patrolling on Crowley Lake during the fireworks show.  .
