Spectators will enjoy live music throughout the day on multiple stages along the walk

Balboa Island, Calif.--  There aren't many art galleries on the Island but one that stands out is Debra Huse Gallery. The talented, award-winning artist really helps promote the arts. You'll see her works at the annual Balboa Island Art Festival Walk. In addition, she produces a plein air paint out on the Island, usually in August. That event is by invitation for artists, though the public can watch them paint.  The May event is a fine arts show featuring 100 artists exhibiting paintings, fine jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, and photography stretching 1 mile around Balboa Island's perimeter walkways.

The Balboa Island Artwalk is the premier showcase for talented local artists and marks the start of the Island's summer season. The Annual Balboa Island Artwalk features 100 artists exhibiting paintings, fine jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, and photography. Spectators will enjoy live music throughout the day on five stages along the walk.
