SANTA CRUZ: Vintners' Festival "Roots That Rock, June 1 & 2 and 8 & 9, 2013. The Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association presents the 24th Annual event. The first weekend, June 1 & 2, the festival will be hosted at participating wineries in Santa Clara/San Mateo Counties. The second weekend, June 8 & 9, the festival will be hosted at participating wineries in Santa Cruz County with a Festival location in Downtown Santa Cruz on Pacific Avenue between Locust and Walnut Streets on June 9. Participating wineries will be open for tastings and other activities all four days from 12 p.m.to 5 p.m.. Wineries will also be pouring at the Sunday street faire from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m.. The Downtown Santa Cruz street faire will host wine tasting, food trucks, live music, artists and street performers.
