Trick of Treat Street For a fun, safe Halloween event, children and their parents are invited to Trick-or-Treat on Mt. Diablo Blvd. from Plaza Way to Dewing Ave. and in La Fiesta Square from 4-6 p.m. All participating businesses will display a Trick-or-Treat Poster and balloons. Come in costume to receive a special treat. Don't forget to bring a Trick-or-Treat bag. Then head over to the Plaza for a costume contest and a special movie.

Lafayette Spooky Walk - Haunted House

Haunted House is venturing beyond its haunted halls to the great outdoors for the first time ever as the newly named  Spooky Walk.  This quarter-mile stretch of bone-chilling encounters on the Bellenger trail, is designed to leave you trembling - with delight! 

Presented by Lafayette Youth Commission, there are two options:

  • Very Scary is meant to be similar to traditional haunted adventures. In the Very Scary version, fear lurks around every corner. Sending shivers down your spine, this pulse-pounding thrill is for the bravest souls only! Are you courageous enough to confront your deepest fears?  Open Saturday, Oct. 28 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 29 from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
  • Not Too Scary adventure offers a family-friendly experience with just the right amount of spookiness to keep the smiles going. Open both days, Oct. 28 and 29, 2023 from 5 to 6:30 p.m., it's perfect for  youngsters.

Other fantastic events in Lafayette include the annual Art & Wine Festival.
