Don't miss the annual Halloween Festival means music, dancing and celebrating in this costume-themed event which includes food and game booths, a costume contest, raffles, music, crafts, lots of candy and much more. The festival provides a safe alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating for children and promotes the safe celebration of Halloween.

Parade route: Norwalk Boulevard south from Mapledale Street to Alondra Boulevard, continue west on Alondra to Horst Street, move south on Horst to 162nd, go west on 162nd and conclude at Hermosillo Park. Register to be in the parade: norwalk.org
Annual Parade features high school bands from Southern California, classic automobiles, floats, equestrian and military units, clowns, and local, costumed children. Residents can be part of this popular Norwalk tradition by dressing up in their favorite Halloween costume and marching in the parade.
Beginning at 9:15 a.m., a costume contest at the corner of Norwalk Boulevard and Mapledale Street at Waite Middle School field.
