Trick or Treat!  Before the devastating fires that destroyed it, The Terry Ashe Recreation Center (TARC) had a history of opening its office to create a thrilling haunted house, which complemented the games and activities inside the building. In the spirit of the strong Halloween history at the TARC, PRPD staff are excited to offer our traditional activities along with a few new ones to keep your youngsters engaged in the fun. Join in to keep the fun going and even bigger than before!
