Calling all kids! Don your Halloween costumes and bring the family for Rancho Palos Verdes trunk or treat. Kids walk from decorated car trunk to decorated car trunk trick-or-treating for candy safely in the Civic Center parking lot.  Dress the kids in the favorite Halloween costumes and prepare for an afternoon of enjoyment!
