Hallow-Boo Drive Thru
Wear your costume and decorate your car. Participants must remain in their vehicles. Attendees will cue into place on Civic Drive near Park Avenue where they will be directed to drive thru the City Hall parking lot to collect candy from City booths decorated in a variety of themes.
