Cloverdale, Calif.--An annual tradition since 1892, the Cloverdale Citrus Fair shows that in agriculture, fairs bring reminders of the changes in California when it comes to local produce and crops. Cloverdale is one such example. Cloverdale Citrus Fair can't help but celebrate and pay attention to wine growing and wines that are produced locally, so the fair now reflects that trend.
