This free event is a Band Review, Parade and Festival. The largest free event of
its kind in San Diego County and top five largest in Southern California, the
annual event draws thousands of scholastic music participants from throughout
Southern California. Military veterans, community service organizations, scholastic athletic teams, school clubs, cheerleaders, classic cars, team mascots, dance teams, ROTCs, local businesses, and community leaders participate in the parade.
SAN DIEGO: Liberty Station Marching Band Review. November 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Performances by more than ten Southern California high-school marching bands, professional judging and an awards ceremony, with a military salute, followed by a festival featuring food, live music and other entertainment. The public is invited to come to Liberty Station and enjoy the event as the marching bands perform on the streets of Liberty Station going around the neighborhood and stopping at the Dick Laub NTC Command Center to be judged by the panel of experts. libertystation.com
