Cal Poly Pomona's 30th Annual Pumpkin Fest, a Pomona Valley tradition, features 35,000 university-grown pumpkins, live entertainment and seasonal activities.

Pumpkin prices range from $5 to $8 in the patch.   This is a ticketed event: guests must purchase an admission ticket to enter the pumpkin patch. Capacity is limited each day, and the event usually sells out.

The Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis will once again be hosting this annual fall celebration, Manteca Pumpkin Fair, in beautiful downtown Manteca. This year over 50,000 people are anticipated in downtown Manteca for the festival.

Celebrate Halloween at our fun-filled pumpkin patch meadow, with free pumpkins, activities, and treats for the kids. Our long-standing Halloween tradition continues this year and immediately follows the Piedmont Avenue Merchants Association's annual Halloween parade, which is part of a daylong celebration that includes trick-or-treating at participating stores on the avenue. To join in the fun, head down to the end of Piedmont Avenue after the parade and proceed into the cemetery to the pumpkin patch meadow.

Participate in hands-on activities and challenges Witness flying pumpkins launched by giant trebuchets Bring a carved pumpkin for our pumpkin carving contest (must be pre-carved) Enjoy food from your favorite gourmet food trucks Bring your lawn chairs and witness history at this free event as teams compete to see who can launch a pumpkin at targets using giant trebuchets and other devices. Plus, kids can participate in hands-on activities throughout the day. Don't miss this great family event! California State University, Fullerton is a smoke-free campus.

Race cars must be made of real pumpkins
The pumpkin should be the vehicle, not a roller skate or Tonka Truck
Wheels and axles must be inserted in the pumpkin and can be made of wood, metal, vegetable, or plastic
The width of one track is 11 inches, so the car must be no wider than that
