The highlight of the annual four day culinary event is the Grand Tasting taking place on Saturday and Sunday. The all-you-can-sample event includes local restaurants (approx. 100 stations) serving delectable bites prepared by each establishment's talented cooks and chefs, plus wine, microbrews and spirits.  Carte Blanche option for $50 more allows access to a special tent where premium food and beverage samples are served.

Exhibitors at the event combine the love of food and wine with fine art, providing a cultural feast to sample, sip and savor. While there are many activities and events throughout the four-day festival, visitors look forward to the grand finale on Sunday. Grand Tasting Sunday includes over 20 of California's favorite wineries such as Sterling Vineyards, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Ironstone Vineyards, Charles Krug Winery, Gloria Ferrer and Carina Cellars.

Celebrity chefs prepare gourmet faire, and restaurants provide top quality appetizers for sampling. Paired with fine art from Desert Art Collection and Sculpture Garden, plus several other renown galleries, guests will be entertained throughout the afternoon.
