 Parade

Sunday, September 14, 2025, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Route: Begins on Main Street at Washington Avenue, to Main & Civic Center Drive.

Once the parade reaches the Main and Civic Center cross streets, there will be a parade exhibition area with performances and limited guest seating. This year will be the second year to live stream the full parade on Santa Ana's YouTube channel and the city's TV channel  Spectrum channel 3.

Parade Sunday September 14, 2025 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Colorful floats, community groups, local schools, cultural organizations, and festive performances will make their way down Main Street in celebration of Mexican Independence and Latino heritage. Bring the whole family to enjoy the sights, sounds, and spirit of this beloved community tradition.

Beer garden opens daily at 12 p.m. Noon
Attendees can enjoy a variety of beers and beverages in a lively outdoor setting at Plaza Calle Cuatro, located at E. 4th Street and French Street. . An admittance wristband is required and can be purchased on-site for $5. I.D. verification will take place at the entrance, 21+ only

The beer garden will operate as a fundraiser hosted by non-profit organization DTSA Feel Good Events. All proceeds will go directly to DTSA Feel Good Events to support their future community events and initiatives.

El Grito de Independencia

 El Grito de Independencia
Festival  main stage. Mexico's official "El Grito" Ceremony  honors the traditional call to arms on the eve of Mexican Independence Day. It is a synchronized call that dates back to 1810 and celebrates the anniversary of the fight for Mexican Independence.
