Open Skate and Winter Expo

 LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes now operates within a newly constructed, multi-use Community Recreation Center (CRC)  open to the public. Additionally, as part of the agreement, MLT will continue its longstanding relationship as an official partner of the LA Kings.

Approx. hours: 11:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily public skate sessions, and Fri-Saturday 5:30-9 p.m. public skate sessions

During holidays the rink will also be open for public skate in the evening most nights of the week. 

 The Mammoth Ice Rink offers public skating sessions, hockey clinics, pick-up hockey, lessons and special events.

The  facility located in the Town of Mammoth Lakes  is owned and operated by the Town of Mammoth Lakes.

The rink includes public skating sessions, hockey clinics, pick-up hockey, lessons and special events. Amenities include skate sharpening, skate rentals and snack and beverage services.

Kids 4 and under must skate with an adult, and children 10 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

If you love the mountain but not the snow, you have a better chance of missing it during the Halloween Trick or Treat in the Village, 4th of July celebration and the Easter Bunny, sometimes with snow
