Chula Vista Lemon Festival is one of the festival things to do in the San Diego County city, but it's by no means the only event. There's an annual Harbor Festival which celebrates summer with food, music and entertainment.

Chula Vista has a scenic harbor with mooring for pleasure craft. Many visitors arrive via the Pacific Ocean to enjoy the aquatic ambience.
