Silicon Valley Shakespeare presents 
Set against the backdrop of a hacienda in modern-day Mexico, this telenovela take on the Bard’s playful classic highlights the rom-com elements of the show in a delightful and accessible way for the whole family. Viola is shipwrecked, loses her twin brother, and lands on an unfamiliar shore. She follows her heart in search of a fresh start, finding love and life, both new and old.

Founded in 1999 by the name Shady Shakespeare, the Shakespeare-loving organization rebranded in 2015 to become Silicon Valley Shakespeare. Performing for 6,000+ patrons annually, no admission is charged to youth 17 and under, and Free Shakespeare in San Jose at Willow Street Park invites all ages to an entertaining evening of Shakespeare classics.  Summer Repertory at Sanborn Park in Saratoga features a ticketed, outdoor performance schedule.
