Halloween Fun for Everyone! Come join the City of Moorpark on Halloween night for some spooky, but not too spooky, family fun on our historic High Street! Activities will include a trunk-or-treat, a haunted house, Halloween movies at the High Street Arts Center, a costume contest with awesome prizes, and much more!

Trunk or Treat
Dozens of opportunities for kids to collect Halloween candy by visiting the Trunk-or-Treat decorated vehicles full of candy and small prizes from our awesome local businesses!

Pumpkin Patch
Includes pumpkin decorating, arts & crafts, and resources from the library staff.
