Costumes, Candy, Entertainment, Photo Booth, Fun at the Courthouse. This event is held every years on Halloween (October 31) and is hosted by Quincy Chamber of Commerce
(we fondly call them the 'good guys'.) Merchants all over town and even in East Quincy like to participate the community-oriented event. In addition, the local community donates candy so there's enough for the hundreds of youngsters who come out to Trick or Treat, chaperoned by their parents and other adults.

Chester Merchant Trick or Treat and Costume Contest

Merchants Safe Trick or Treat on Main Street Chester is a Halloween tradition. Merchants up and down the street happily open their doors to children of all ages to share in the fun. Safe crossing of streets is provided by the Interact Club at Chester High School. Costume Contest is also part of the fun.
