27th Annual Balboa Island Artwalk features fine art from 100 artists exhibiting paintings, fine jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, and photography. Spectators enjoy live music throughout the day on five stages along the walk.  Over a Mile of Art & Live Music bring sun & fun for the whole family at this free admission listening, browsing, shopping and buying spree.

Balboa Island, Calif.--The May event, Balboa Island Artwalk, is a fine arts show featuring 100 artists exhibiting paintings, hand-made jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, and photography. The bayside festival stretches 1 mile around Balboa Island on its perimeter walkways. 

Spectators can hear live music throughout the day on five stages along the walk. Local restaurants are open to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as fun to funky unique boutiques along Marine Avenue.

The Balboa Island Artwalk is the premier showcase for talented local artists.  Location: South Bayfront Promenade of Balboa Island. Admission is free.

Many talented artists live on Balboa Island in the City of Newport Beach. However, the Artwalk draws its talents from artists in Orange County, Southern California and even some from outside the region.

Among the favored art themes are ocean scenes, boats, wavers, birds, sunsets, sand, coves and the bucolic local regions such as Laguna Beach, Catalina and Newport Beach.
