SANTA BARBARA - October 15, 2011 Santa Barbara Beer Festival, Santa Barbara, CA The 2011 Santa Barbara Beer Festival is held at Elings Park, a venue with a view of both the city and the Pacific Ocean. This afternoon event  features beer from a variety of California breweries (more than 30 were represented at recent editions of this festival). Food is served, and live bands perform.
