With the support of the Santa Barbara Police Department, and community agencies, kids and their parents can enjoy a safe alternative to  traditional Halloween trick-or-treat! Bring your own bag for candy.

Complimentary popcorn will be served! Bring blankets, chairs and extra layers and get cozy for our Spooky Movie Series!

For a fun, safe Halloween event, children and their parents are invited to Trick-or-Treat along State Street and throughout the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center to collect free ghoulish delights. All participating businesses will display an orange ghost and balloons in their window. Come in costume to receive a special treat. Don't forget to bring a Trick-or-Treat bag!
