Wear your costumes for the free, family-friendly, outdoor  Trunk or Treat  event open to the public! With the support of the Santa Barbara Police Department, and community agencies, kids and their parents can enjoy a safe alternative to  traditional Halloween trick-or-treat! Bring your own bag for candy. 

Santa Barbara Daytime Boo at the Zoo

Scavenger hunt, hay maze, candy station, and costume contest at 12 p.m., parade at 12:30 p.m., spooky story time at 1 p.m., and animal encounter at 1:30 p.m. (starting Oct. 17). Plus, watch for animals enjoying pumpkins throughout the Zoo!
