What So Proudly We Hail... Join the Celebration at Los Gatos Civic Center and Los Gatos High School Front Lawn for an all American picnic and games, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Begin the day's celebration with Los Gatos Civic Center old-fashioned family games and entertainment. Hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks will be sold by community service club volunteers. All games, entertainment, and activities will be on the Civic Center Lawn.

It's an open house party inviting the family to a holiday sing-a-long. Decorate a yummy muffin, eat a few berries, drink a little apple juice, write a letter to SANTA, create a decoration... lots to do as you wait for an elf to call out your name. Elves will take and print one color 4x6 picture per child. You may bring your own camera for additional pictures. Before you leave the 'Santa Room' don't forget to take a gift from Santa's Toy Store! Santa and his elves will be in the Los Gatos Town Plaza Park! No fee for sitting on Santa's Lap. This wonderful Santa takes the time to talk individually with each each child. Bring your camera to capture the moment, there will not be a photographer at the park. "Santa Paws Day" is when you are welcome to bring your darling four footed friends for a special picture with Santa!

You hear jingle bells coming up your sidewalk, the door opens, little Sam and Emily can't believe their eyes, it's SANTA! And not just any Santa, for many local children, he is THE Santa (the same wonderful Santa for the past 9 years). Make sure your camera is charged as SANTA sits by your family tree with an elf by his side and your child on his knee. Yes, there will be time for family group shots too. Limit of 6 people sitting on Santa's lap per 10-15 minute visit. We can book a double visit if you have more than 6 that will be sitting on Santa's lap. A map may be requested upon registration.
