California Weekend in the Park

BERKELEY KITE FESTIVAL is a free family event held in the park.
When the nonprofit California Park & Recreation Society introduced a branding campaign, Parks Make Life Better, its goal was to unite all 525 park and recreation agencies in California under one banner. The slogan is not something you hear the average kid or adult say, but parks DO have a proven track record of supporting healthier and happier lifestyles. Here are some park happenings this weekend:
