San Francisco Festivals
San Francisco, California is festival central. The 4th largest city by population has been outpaced in size by its neighboring Silicon Valley city of San Jose, but San Francisco is confined by the bay and can't expand--it just doesn't have the land. Thankfully, Golden Gate Park creates an oasis of lawns and space, not only providing attractions to see, but festivals to enjoy throughout the seasons. It isn't the only place where you'll find fun, however. Here are some festivals that we think you'll enjoy. Please note that although the festivals may be listed in a particular month, festivals that celebrate Easter and similar holidays occur in different months from year to year.
