Pictured is the Magic Kingdom (Disneyland) with daily holiday parades, tree lightings and much more!
From the mountains to the desert and the sea, Californians are lighting the holiday tree this Thanksgiving weekend. While there are hundreds of Turkey Trots and Runs on Thanksgiving Day, the majority of tree lightings happen on Black Friday, Saturday and Sunday following the Big Feast.
This year rain & snow are in the forecast for the weekend and while snow is a blessed event for the ski resorts, flatlanders (from Central California to Southern California) typically freak out with the season’s first rains.
Some events have a rain policy in place, while others make a snap decision when the unexpected rain dampens plans. Rain (or snow) may cancel*
