When California State Parks administration was rocked several years ago, then regrouped, the new directive allowed for more latitude in hosting beach concerts with booze. Due to its size and beach parking, Huntington Beach has been one of the most available places to introduce the profit-making, private company events with ticketing and liquor served. It now hosts concerts on the sand pretty much throughout the year. Locations include Huntington State Beach & Bolsa Chica State Beach.
