Spring Festivals in Full Swing

From Avocado Races to Best Dressed Avocado and Best Guacamole, Fallbrook Avocado Festival expects 75,000 people to show up on Sunday, April 17 to celebrate a delicious food rich in vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, H, K and folic acid. California grows 90% of the nation’s avocado crop and The Avocado Capital of the U.S. (Fallbrook) produces 60% of all the avocados grown in the state.
